A five-person agency running its pipeline, proposals, client portal, calendar and invoices on Unbound OS pays USD 58.50 per user per month on monthly billing, USD 292.50 in total, and USD 52.65 per user on an annual plan. The price is per user and per module, so the bill follows the jobs you switch on.
how the price is built
Unbound OS has one mandatory piece and a set of modules you add. Core is USD 7 per user per month and carries tasks, projects, the team, the contact directory and the dashboard. Every other module is priced per user per month on top of it:
- Documents, proposals and library: USD 17
- KOL and media: USD 15
- Finance: USD 12
- CRM and pipeline: USD 10
- Email campaigns: USD 10
- Client management and portal: USD 8
- Calendar and scheduling: USD 6
- Forms: USD 5
- Skills: USD 3
The social suite is coming soon and has no price yet. There is no minimum per workspace: the bill is users times modules, after discounts. The Unbound OS page has a calculator that uses the same arithmetic as this article.
what a five-person agency pays
Take the agency package: Core plus calendar, CRM, documents and proposals, client management and finance. At list price that is USD 60 per user, USD 300 for five people. After the module discount, the bill is USD 292.50 a month. Billed annually, with 10% off the total, it is USD 263.25 a month. The same package at 10 users is USD 570 a month, and at 25 users USD 1,357.50.
Smaller scopes cost less in a straight line. Five people on Core alone pay USD 35 a month. Five people on Core plus the CRM pay USD 85.
how the discounts stack
Discounts are computed per user and per module, then added up. A user's step: users 1 to 5 get 0%, users 6 to 10 get 5%, users 11 to 25 get 10%, users 26 to 50 get 15%, and users 51 and up get 20%. A module's step: the two most expensive modules you pick get 0%, the next two get 5%, the next two get 10%, and any beyond that get 15%. A cell's discount is the sum of both, capped at 30%. Then the billing cycle applies to the total: 5% off for six months, 10% off for a year. The bill never drops below 70% of list. Beyond 100 users the price is quoted instead of calculated.
who counts as a user
Only your team members are billed. Clients who sign in to the portal, visitors who open a link you shared, and AI agent keys are not users and cost nothing. There is also no AI line on the bill: you connect the assistant you already use, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, over MCP, and its own plan is between you and its maker.
how it compares with buying each tool
Against list prices we read on vendor pages on 2026-10-21, monthly billing: Core with tasks is USD 7 against USD 10 per user for ClickUp Unlimited. The CRM is USD 10 against USD 20 per seat for HubSpot Sales Hub Starter. Finance is USD 12 against USD 15 per user for Bonsai Basic. These are the module pages' own comparisons, and they hold only where the module does the job you were paying the tool for.
They do not hold everywhere. Forms is USD 5 per user, so USD 25 for five people at list price, while Tally Pro is USD 24 a month for the whole account. A five-person agency that only needs forms should keep the cheaper tool. The case for paying per module is the handoffs between jobs, not the price of any one job. We make that argument in all-in-one or separate tools.
what the price does not cover
Onboarding is assisted: after a call, Unbound creates your workspace, switches on your modules, invites your team and sets up your branding with you. The page does not list a separate fee for it, and the call is where the final price for your team is confirmed. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, connected to your workspace.
how to estimate your own bill
- Count the people who sign in to do the work. Clients and AI keys do not count.
- List the jobs you actually do every week, and match each to a module: selling, proposals, delivery, invoices, scheduling.
- Multiply Core plus your modules by your headcount, then run the numbers in the calculator on the Unbound OS page.
- Compare the result with what you pay today for the same jobs, including the time spent moving data between them.
