delete your data

You can ask Unbound Operators LLC to delete the information it received about you through its integrations, including the Instagram integration of the Unbound Studio app.

how to ask

• Write to dfj@unboundoperators.com with the subject "Delete my data".
• Include your Instagram username (and the email you used, if you also signed up for a resource), so we can find every record.

what we delete

• your comments as we received them, and the record of the direct message we sent you,
• the record of you opening its link,
• the contact we created from it, and any sign-up you made for the resource.

We confirm by email once it is done. Information that Meta itself holds (your comment on Instagram, your messages in Instagram) is managed by Meta: you can delete those from Instagram directly.

remove the app connection

If you connected an Instagram account to the Unbound Studio app, you can remove it from Instagram in Settings, Apps and websites. Doing so stops any further access.
