These terms apply when you use something Unbound Operators LLC ("Unbound", "we") shares publicly: a resource you ask for by commenting on an Instagram post, a link we send you, a booking page, a shared document, or a free resource such as the AI guide at danielforeroj.com/ai. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement signed with each client, not by these terms.
using what we share
- Free resources are offered as they are, for your own use and your own business.
- A link we send you is meant for you. Please do not forward private links, such as a shared document or a proposal, to people they were not shared with.
- Do not try to access parts of our services that were not shared with you, or to disrupt them.
If you comment a keyword on one of our posts, we send you one direct message with the resource you asked for, as described in our privacy policy. Your use of Instagram itself is governed by Instagram's own terms.
content and ownership
The resources, documents and materials we share remain ours or our licensors'. You may use them for your own purposes; you may not resell them or present them as your own.
no warranty
Free resources are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. We share them in good faith and without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of them.
changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use what we share after a change means you accept the new version.
