This policy explains what information Unbound Operators LLC ("Unbound", "we") receives through its integrations, including the Instagram integration of the Unbound Studio app, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

what we receive from instagram

When you comment on an Instagram reel published by an account we manage (for example @danielforeroj) and the reel is part of a campaign where a keyword gets you a resource by direct message, Meta sends us:

• your Instagram username and the Instagram-scoped id Meta gives us for you,
• the text of your comment and the id of the comment and the reel.

We do not receive your password, your followers, your other posts or your private messages with anyone else.

what we do with it

• If your comment contains the campaign keyword, we send you one direct message, as a reply to your comment, with the resource you asked for. One message per person per reel.
• The link in that message is unique to you. When you open it we record that it was opened, then send you to the resource.
• We keep a contact record with your Instagram username, noting that it came from that comment, so we know who asked for what and do not message you twice.
• We count comments, messages, opens and sign-ups per reel to know which content is useful.

We do not sell this information, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers that host our application and database, who process it on our behalf.

the resource itself

If you then use the resource (for example the AI guide at danielforeroj.com/ai), anything you enter there, such as your name, company or email, is used to give you access to it and to follow up about it. You choose what to enter, and the same deletion process below covers it.

how long we keep it

We keep this information while it serves the purposes above, and delete it when you ask us to, whichever comes first.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. See how to delete your data, or write to dfj@unboundoperators.com. You can also stop the integration from reaching you by not commenting the keyword, and remove any app connection from Instagram in Settings, Apps and websites.
